Lupita Nyong'o showed up to the London premiere of the new Star Wars movie wearing metallic blue lipstick. Lupita's Proenza Schouler dress was amazing, but it was her blue lips that got the most attention. The blue lipstick was created by her makeup artist who used some of Lancome's eyeshadows to create the shade. Women in the beauty world have been rocking blue lips for a few years now. I actually thought that this trend would have passed by now, but I think Lupita has just made the trend even more popular.
The lips were just as stunning as the outfit she wore.
Although I am sure Lupita will get the credit for making this trend popular, Keyshia Dior, the owner of Ka'oir Lipsticks was the first person I saw rocking blue lips.
