Kylie Jenner's Neon Hair

One thing you can expect from Kylie Jenner's hair, and that is that it will change, and often. Kylie wore this green wig to the grand opening of a Sugar Factory store. I love a girl who is always changing. This shade of green looks good on Kylie, and I am sure we will see many people copying this look soon.
