Summer Colorful Hair

Part 9 in the Summer Hair Series is Colorful Hair- Celebrities such as Pink, Kelly Osbourne, Nicole Richie, and Katy Perry made the pastel hair trend popular. Rihanna took the trend a step further by dying her hair grey. We can't forget about the one who did it best, Nicki Minaj.
