Kim Kardashian West Pregnancy Style

Kim Kardashian West switched up her style right when you thought you knew what she would be wearing the next time she was photographed. The expecting mother did not leave home without one of her now famous duster/trench coats, but she did opt for a pair of pants instead of her usual body con dress or skirt.  Kim took the outfit up a notch by adding a pair of Tom Ford Patchwork sandals from the AW15 collection.
