Steve Harvey hosted The Neighborhood Awards 2015 this past weekend in Atlanta. Steve and his wife Marjorie slayed the fashion carpet as usual. I love Mrs Harvey's Tom Ford ensemble from head to toe. The event brought out a huge crowd of celebrities.
